Overall line responsibility from production to packaging Start / Stop the machine Performs parison controls Makes minor process adjustments to ensure good quality and efficiency Monitors Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc) Performs regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks Prepares the machine for a mold change Changing speed and cycle times Troubleshooting Ensure goods are produced in the correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications Accurately records goods produced and problems encountered during shift Performs color changes and material changes Performs autonomous maintenance activities

Develops Machine Operator I by providing and supporting training activities
