- Proficient troubleshooting abilities for mechanical issues and basic understanding of related systems
- Relevant technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
- Several years of experience in senior level machine maintenance roles within food processing or similar industries preferred
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to industrial machinery and plant operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to work within a team and independently
- Willingness to work on site in shift based schedules as required by production demands
