Synthires is seeking experienced AI Engineers and Software Engineers for advanced AI research and evaluation projects.

Responsibilities
- Design reinforcement learning environments that evaluate AI models on software engineering workflows.
- Create bug-fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization tasks.
- Build reproducible environments with deterministic verification and golden reference solutions.
- Design MCP-based workflows for AI agents to discover and reason over information.
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Provide structured technical feedback and collaborate with teams on evaluation standards and deliverables.
Required qualifications
- Strong proficiency in at least one of C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
