- Operational Technology with Electrical Engineering
- Align with design and development of electrical systems using EPLAN, including panel manufacturing (in-house or outsourced), BOM review, execution.
- Involve in development and deployment of Operational Technology (OT) software, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming for the projects within SPM.
- Drive standardization across OT programming for increased efficiency and quality.
- Involvement to ensure projects performance in view of Timelines, Budget & Quality standards from Electrical principles & OT perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, EXTC, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine building and Operational Technology (OT) systems within the manufacturing industry.
- Operational knowledge of automation technologies including PLC/HMI, SCADA, robotics, machine vision, motion control.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens OT automation components such as S7-1200 and S7-1500 CPUs, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge in integrating third-party automation hardware like servo motors, valve banks, power sources, oscilloscopes, and other industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of collaborative robot (Cobot) programming, with Know-how in system integration for applications such as assembly and material handling.
- Practical understanding of industrial communication protocols including TCP/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, RS-232, and others.
- Knowledge in integrating custom solutions like label printing systems, laser marking machines, and third-party device interfaces.
- Knowledge in handling network architecture related to IT-OT integration, platforms required for integrating machines with IT network like OPC UA, Node-RED.
- Practical experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including a wide range of valves and motion control systems such as Siemens and Festo, combined with troubleshooting skills.
- Good at problem-solving and thinking ahead.
