About the Role
SAT Microsystems is seeking an Apple Certified Mac & Windows Support Engineer (Arabic speaker) in Jeddah. You will provide technical support for macOS and Windows devices, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage devices using MDM solutions like Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for MacBook, iMac, Windows desktops, and laptops
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows operating systems
- Resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral related issues
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Configure user accounts, email, Wi Fi, VPN, and network connectivity
- Enroll and manage Apple devices using Apple Business Manager and MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune
- Perform OS updates, software installations, and security patching
- Maintain device security and compliance using enterprise standards
- Log and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA using ITSM tools
- Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty services, and asset management
- Provide user guidance and maintain basic technical documentation
Requirements
- Apple Device Support or Apple Certified IT Professional certification
- Experience providing technical support for MacBook, iMac, Windows desktops, and laptops
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting macOS and Windows operating systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Experience configuring user accounts, email, Wi Fi, VPN, and network connectivity
- Experience enrolling and managing Apple devices using Apple Business Manager and MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune
- Ability to perform OS updates, software installations, and security patching
- Ability to log and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA using ITSM tools
- Arabic speaker required
