As an M365 Architect, you'll play a key role in defining and delivering the technical vision for our Digital Workplace platforms.

We're looking for an experienced M365 Architect with a passion for enterprise technology, technical leadership and delivering secure, scalable solutions.

You'll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, collaborating across teams and driving best practice throughout the organisation.

Are you experienced in...?

• Strong technical leadership and experience across Microsoft 365, identity and device platforms
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance
• Experience with DevOps, automation and configuration as code
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with the wider Enterprise technology teams and business colleagues to create a great place to work
• Commitment to health, safety, wellbeing and environmental responsibilities while supporting a sustainable business

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will, ordinarily, require you to have British residency for the last five years.

• Leading technical design and strategic platform direction across Microsoft 365, identity and device services
• Delivering secure, compliant and enterprise-scale solutions aligned with architecture and business objectives
• Defining engineering standards, technical policies and design guardrails across Digital Workplace platforms
• Mentoring Platform Engineers and acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex challenges
• Collaborating with architecture, security, product and operational teams to drive continuous improvement and platform excellence
