About the Role
The Director in the M&A Operations Integration team will grow the M&A Integration business and deliver complex, high-profile client engagements.

Client and Integration Leadership
- Build senior client relationships and originate, shape, and convert M&A Integration opportunities across Corporate and Private Equity clients.
- Advise senior stakeholders on integration, value creation, and execution decisions.
- Lead complex integrations from strategy through execution with accountability for outcomes, quality, commercial performance, and relationships.
- Define integration strategies aligned to transaction rationale, value cases, governance, pace, and sequencing.
- Design combined organizations and target operating models across businesses, functions, geographies, and capabilities.
