About the Role
Leprince Group is hiring 1-2 M&A Analyst Interns to help build an AI-native M&A advisory firm. Interns will work on deal sourcing, screening, diligence, and building AI agents and workflows.

Responsibilities
- Work in Claude daily and learn to build AI agents and workflows for sourcing, screening, and diligence
- Research target companies: financials, ownership, positioning, and readiness to sell
- Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition and advisory targets across different sectors
- Prepare company profiles and deal teasers
- Draft and track outbound outreach to owners and brokers
- Work alongside the founder on live mandates
Requirements
- Studying or recently graduated in business, finance, economics, or similar
- AI native: already thinks in terms of automation
- Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong written English and sharp attention to detail
- Genuinely curious about how businesses get bought, built, and sold
- Self directed: brings ideas and follows through without being chased

What you'll do
