Job Purpose
Create error-free, linguistically validated Patient Reported Outcomes instruments through harmonization, back translations, expert review, in-country review, and cognitive debriefing.
Regularly serve as lead project manager and main client contact, provide training to department members, and complete special projects as needed.
The role supports RWS Linguistic Validation, which manages translation, validation, licensing, and electronic implementation of Clinical Outcome Assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and follow company Quality Management System requirements, including ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 standards.
- Reconcile and edit harmonized and back translations in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Serve as lead project manager on projects with multiple project managers.
- Coordinate debriefing interviews with interviewers and recruiters, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with translators, research specialists, in-country reviewers, client reviewers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist and train Associate Project Managers at the direction of a supervisor or manager.
- Coordinate with other departments to support efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate, current spreadsheets and documents showing project status and making information retrievable.
