The Luxury Closet is seeking a Luxury Store Manager for its Riyadh boutique. The role involves exceeding sales targets, managing VIP concierge services, and building relationships with HNWI clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Identify key market segments, potential partners, and sales channels.
- Develop and execute a go to market plan for the new country.
- Identify and engage with potential clients via cold calls, networking, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Build strong relationships with local influencers, business partners, and potential clients.
- Promote brand awareness in the local market.
- Manage personal shopping and VIP concierge services for buying and selling with HNWI.
- Create a high standard of customer experience at the boutique.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional personal appearance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Pro active service delivery attitude
- Able to join immediately

Requirements

- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Pro active service delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands on approach
- Working Hours: 6 days a week on a roaster
- Able to join immediately
