- Lead end to end execution of retail store openings and refurbishments
- Coordinate with internal teams, design partners, landlords, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards
- Plan and execute exhibitions, pop ups, and brand events
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships
- Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and project documentation
- Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations
- Background in luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Proven experience in store fit outs, events, and vendor management
- Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across locations
- Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination
- Willingness to travel extensively (40–50%)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English (additional local language proficiency required)
