Role Overview
Penthouse.ae is expanding its sales teams and seeking established luxury real estate professionals.
The business supports transactions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with access to premium inventory and leading UAE developer partnerships.
Core Work
- Negotiate and close luxury real estate transactions.
- Manage clients from reservation through transfer.
- Offer both secondary and off-plan properties to clients.
- Use structured deal flow, premium inventory, early allocations, and market data to support closings.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should consistently close deals averaging AED 2M or more.
- Experience in luxury real estate brokerage and sales is expected.
- The role requires strong negotiation and client relationship capabilities.
Operational Support
- The business provides escrow management, dedicated conveyancing specialists, and legal and documentation support.
- In-house marketing, listing, and analytics teams support brokers.
- The platform includes more than 8,000 properties across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
