Role Description
The Luxury Properties Investment Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The advisor guides clients through luxury property investment opportunities and recommends tailored investment strategies.
The role includes financial analysis, market research, client relationship management, property viewings, and transaction support.
Responsibilities
- Identify suitable assets, analyze financial potential, and prepare investment proposals.
- Meet clients, understand their financial goals, and provide ongoing portfolio reviews.
- Conduct market and property research and coordinate property viewings.
- Maintain knowledge of local and regional real estate markets.
- Support negotiation and closing of transactions while coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the investment process.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in finance, financial planning, and investments, including return and risk analysis.
- Experience developing investment strategies for luxury and high-value properties.
- Proven customer service, communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate markets is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
- Basic financial modeling and market analysis tool proficiency is required.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
Workplace
- The role is full time and on site in Abu Dhabi.
