Nabeeluxe LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Luxury Products Coordinator** to support the sourcing, coordination, and management of premium and luxury goods across our portfolio in Doha.
This role is central to ensuring a seamless experience in handling high-value products, maintaining supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional service standards aligned with luxury market expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of luxury product sourcing, procurement, and delivery.
- Liaise with international and local luxury brands, suppliers, and distributors to ensure timely availability of products.
- Monitor inventory levels of high-value items and ensure accurate stock tracking and reporting.
- Support the merchandising and presentation of luxury goods in alignment with brand standards.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers under management supervision.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for luxury goods entering Qatar.
- Maintain detailed documentation for shipments, product authenticity, and certification records.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends in luxury goods to support purchasing decisions and product selection.
- Handle VIP and high-net-worth client requests with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, procurement, or product coordination.
- Strong understanding of luxury brands, high-end products, and market positioning.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in luxury retail environments in the GCC region.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and brand presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
- Discretion when handling confidential client and supplier information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
