Role Overview
Supports concierge teams in delivering personalized, high-quality services to clients, guests, residents, and VIP customers.
Handles requests, reservations, appointments, transportation, lifestyle services, and personalized solutions.
The role suits candidates with luxury hospitality, concierge, hotel, travel, customer relations, lifestyle, or premium retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guests, understand their preferences, and respond through phone, email, messaging, and in-person channels.
- Research and recommend luxury hotels, restaurants, attractions, entertainment, shopping, wellness, and lifestyle services.
- Arrange reservations, bookings, tickets, appointments, transfers, chauffeurs, travel plans, events, and customized experiences.
- Coordinate with service providers and partners regarding availability, pricing, booking conditions, cancellations, and special arrangements.
- Track requests, prepare itineraries and client materials, confirm arrangements, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support VIP arrivals, private functions, exclusive experiences, special requests, and last-minute changes.
- Resolve service issues and escalate complex or sensitive requests while protecting client confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, luxury management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge services, travel, customer service, premium retail, or lifestyle services is preferred.
- VIP, corporate, or high-value client experience is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, polished, friendly, discreet, and personalized approach to client service.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, urgent requirements, and last-minute changes.
- Knowledge of UAE luxury hospitality and lifestyle services is advantageous.
- English fluency is preferred; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
Work Environment
- The role supports clients and partners across luxury hospitality, travel, retail, entertainment, wellness, and lifestyle services.
- Flexible hours may include evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours.
- The position requires discretion when handling client identities, preferences, schedules, travel plans, and personal information.
