Role Overview
The employer is seeking a skilled Low Current Technician to join the team full-time.
The role requires independent work and collaboration with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and structured cabling systems.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine client solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Stay updated on industry developments and low current technology advancements.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients.
- Perform maintenance and corrective services.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A technical degree is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in low current systems installation and maintenance is required.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and structured cabling is required.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
