Lost Prevention Officer

General Service and Safety Standards

• Follow company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and safeguard proprietary information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Use computers or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is specified; some jurisdictions may have additional licensing or registration requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Read and visually verify information in varied formats and inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
• Move at the speed required to respond to work situations.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Move through narrow, confined, elevated, sloping, uneven, or slippery areas and use stairs or service ramps.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
