About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse organization
- Coordinate closely with procurement, production, transportation, customer service, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory records
- Plan daily warehouse activities, supervise warehouse personnel, allocate manpower and resources, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate transportation schedules, prepare shipping and receiving documentation, monitor warehouse equipment utilization, optimize layouts, and improve storage capacity
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of receiving, put away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, dispatch, and order fulfillment operations
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory management software, or similar platforms
- Understanding of inventory control techniques, cycle counting, physical stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and stock accuracy management
- Knowledge of transportation planning, freight coordination, shipping documentation, customs documentation, and carrier management principles
- Familiarity with warehouse layout planning, space utilization, material handling equipment, and warehouse optimization methodologies
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations, warehouse safety practices, risk assessment, and accident prevention procedures
- Ability to monitor operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Strong leadership, team supervision, workforce scheduling, and employee coordination skills

Role Description
- We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
