We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, optimizing inventory management, supervising logistics processes, and supporting continuous improvements across the supply chain.

Manage inbound and outbound operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse organization
Coordinate with procurement, production, transportation, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and inventory accuracy
Supervise warehouse personnel, monitor daily workflows, allocate resources, schedule operational activities, and ensure compliance with procedures
Oversee stock movements, conduct inventory reconciliation, monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
Coordinate transportation schedules, manage shipping documentation, support vendor and carrier communications
Contribute to warehouse layout optimization, inventory accuracy initiatives, loss prevention, workplace safety programs, and operational planning

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics management, inventory control, and distribution processes
Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment operations
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, inventory management software
Understanding of inventory control methodologies, stock accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation processes
Knowledge of transportation coordination, shipping documentation, freight management, and carrier operations
Familiarity with supply chain processes, procurement, production planning, and demand fulfillment principles
Understanding of warehouse safety practices, workplace health and safety regulations, and risk management procedures
Ability to analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Strong leadership, team coordination, and workforce planning capabilities
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities with attention to detail
