Role Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and results oriented Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and logistics activities while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • The role is responsible for overseeing inventory management, warehouse workflows, transportation coordination, and process optimization to support the effective movement of goods throughout the supply chain.
  • The Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with warehouse teams, logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping activities, and warehouse resource allocation.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.
  • Review operational processes, identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and support business objectives through effective logistics management.
  • Oversee stock movement, manage warehouse documentation, monitor logistics performance, and ensure timely execution of operational activities.
  • Prepare reports, track key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Maintain organized storage systems, support inventory audits, optimize warehouse layouts, and ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers, monitor delivery schedules, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements while fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to supervise warehouse teams and coordinate daily logistics activities effectively.
  • Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, distribution, and stock management procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate operational teams.
  • Ability to monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to improve operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of warehouse optimization techniques, inventory tracking, and logistics planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory software, and logistics reporting tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of logistics documentation, shipment tracking, and operational compliance requirements.
