Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain highly accurate stock records using ERP systems
- Coordinate the receipt of incoming products; verify deliveries against purchase orders and supplier documents
- Ensure all received products are thoroughly checked, properly recorded, labeled, and stored according to company procedures
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, and stock variances
- Assist in regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and timely dispatch of customer orders
- Manage product allocation and stock availability to support customer orders, sales activities, and promotional requirements
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Regulatory teams
- Prepare comprehensive reports on low stock, overstock, slow moving, and fast moving items for management review
- Maintain meticulously organized records of inventory movements, warehouse transactions, and customer deliveries
- Ensure all products are stored, handled, and distributed in full compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Support initiatives aimed at improving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall operational performance
Requirements
- Prior experience handling inventory for high value medical/technical equipment
- Familiarity with advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory forecasting
- A valid UAE driving license is a distinct advantage

- Quality Control: Ensure all received products are thoroughly checked, properly recorded, labeled, and stored according to company procedures.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, and stock variances.
- Audits & Counts: Assist in regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits.
- Outbound Logistics: Coordinate the picking, packing, and timely dispatch of customer orders to ensure accurate and on schedule deliveries.
- Stock Allocation: Manage product allocation and stock availability to seamlessly support customer orders, sales activities, and promotional requirements.
- Sales Team: Collaborate closely to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Procurement Team: Coordinate stock replenishment, purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and proactive inventory planning.
- Finance Team: Support inventory reconciliation, maintain stock related documentation, and assist in investigating inventory variances.
- Regulatory Team: Ensure product availability for registrations, renewals, demonstrations, and strict compliance requirements.
- Data Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on low stock, overstock, slow moving, and fast moving items for management review.
Preferred Qualifications
