Role Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize end to end supply chain operations.
  • The role focuses on coordinating logistics activities, improving supply chain efficiency, managing inventory flow, and ensuring the timely movement of materials and products across the distribution network.
  • The Logistics Supply Chain Specialist will collaborate with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouse teams, procurement functions, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor supply chain performance, coordinate shipments, manage inventory related activities, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Oversee logistics processes, track inbound and outbound shipments, support inventory planning, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure effective coordination between different stages of the supply chain.
  • Analyze supply chain data, evaluate logistics performance, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, monitor key performance indicators, identify process bottlenecks, support demand and inventory planning activities, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Optimize transportation processes, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and supplier communication.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, implement best practices, reduce operational inefficiencies, and help ensure that supply chain activities align with business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with operational procedures, support risk management efforts, and ensure accurate documentation across logistics and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution processes.
  • Ability to coordinate transportation activities, shipment tracking, and inventory movement effectively.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement support, warehouse operations, and supplier coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze logistics and supply chain data and generate actionable insights.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles, stock optimization, and material flow processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports.
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems, logistics software, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of transportation management, order fulfillment, and distribution operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and process execution.
