Job Overview
BRKZ is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee regional fulfillment, fleet dispatch, and supply chain execution across the Western Province.
The role involves managing high-volume bulk cement logistics, transporter networks, and KSA regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily logistics and dispatch operations for the Jeddah region.
- Lead and supervise the regional operations team (coordinators, helpers).
- Manage warehouse, fleet, and fulfillment activities in the region.
- Act as the key point of contact between the Jeddah ops team and central teams (Riyadh HQ, product, sales, procurement, finance).
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle on the BRKZ platform (BOB).
- Manage high-volume bulk cement operations, including multi-truck orders, quantity splitting practices, and exceptional-quantity official deliveries specific to the Jeddah region.
- Ensure Fasah permits, delivery notes, and transportation cost entries are accurate, complete, and recorded per company standards.
- Ensure deliveries are assigned to transporters promptly once documents are received, avoiding delays in the delivery-closing process.
- Analyze current regional workflows and identify areas for improvement; drive continuous process improvement and cost control.
- Develop and implement SOPs, best practices, and operational guidelines for the region.
