Role Overview
AjnaLens is hiring a Logistics & Supply Chain Executive for its Operations team in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
The full-time role manages procurement planning, inventory control, vendor management, logistics execution, warehouse coordination, and supply chain improvement.
The position supports business and manufacturing operations while improving delivery timeliness and cost efficiency.
Daily Tasks
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, material movement, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement schedules, and material availability for uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate supplier procurement and delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor stock accuracy and implement inventory optimization strategies.
- Track shipments and manage logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Work with Production, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
