About the Role
Amazon is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for its MENA Ops Reverse Logistics team in Dubai. You will monitor site performance, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements.

- Monitor performance of the program daily.
- Develop action plans to achieve program targets.
- Manage ramp ups/scouting.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare daily performance summaries.
- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
- Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
- Deep dive and acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems.
- Design, develop, pilot and rollout enterprise wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, identification of alternate delivery services etc.
Requirements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in an operational role (preferred).

- We are looking for high potential, flexible, innovative, and forward thinking professionals to join our MENA Ops Reverse Logistics team.
- Join the RL Operations team as Channel Team Leader. As a CTL, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple sites from operations and compliance point of view.
- You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics.
- With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it.
Key job responsibilities
- Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement.

- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
