Logistics Supervisor

You'll lead our shipping and receiving operations — overseeing a team of 7+ and partnering with production, freight carriers, and customer-facing teams to keep products moving. You'll set quality standards, run accurate inventory, and lead by example on the warehouse floor. This is a hands-on supervisor role for someone who can both run the day-to-day and develop the team.

Lead a team of 7+ shipping and receiving staff — communicate expectations, recognize wins, and drive continuous improvement

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including personnel, stock moves, and accurate inventory

Coordinate with Production to prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules

Manage freight carriers and logistics providers, ensuring accurate shipping documentation and timely transportation

Establish quality metrics for inbound and outbound deliveries, and inspect received items to flag any discrepancies

Complete accurate ERP transactions and partner with Customer Success, Project Managers, and Planners to meet delivery commitments

What You'll Bring

Have proven shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Can lead, motivate, and develop a team on the warehouse floor

Know shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international supply chain logistics

Are proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting

Can safely operate warehouse machinery like pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts

Are organized and detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
