Role Overview
Oversee factory and branch logistics activities and support dependable distribution across Saudi Arabia.
Balance service, cost, safety, and operational discipline in a fast-moving logistics environment.
Logistics Operations
- Supervise logistics across factories, branches, and distribution points to deliver products on time, in full, at the required quality and cost.
- Manage transport performance, vehicle utilization, service levels, delivery reliability, and transportation costs against budget.
- Plan and route delivery orders using SAP and platforms such as SalesBuzz, Routnet, or equivalent systems.
- Coordinate company-owned and third-party vehicle availability, maintenance, and compliant operation.
- Ensure sufficient delivery-van capacity for secondary distribution and pre-sales requirements.
Providers and Administration
- Evaluate and negotiate with transport providers, support contract finalization, allocate business share, and pursue sustainable cost improvements.
- Review transporter invoices, coordinate SAP purchase requisitions, and maintain accurate logistics MIS, rate, budget, and operational records.
- Prepare approved purchase requisitions for branch facility upgrades and maintenance.
