Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator the Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of people, safety, and logistics support associated with the Mine Department.

This position will ensure that departmental performance is executed in a safe and efficient manner.

• Manage the underground Service, Hoist & Crushing crew and all related work areas.
• Assist in hiring and training new mine employees.
• Provide employees with clear work objectives and expectations of the production levels required.
• Ensure mine crews have the training, tools, and equipment in place to perform the work safely and efficiently.
