About the Role
Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Logistics Specialist/Warehouse Manager in Riyadh to oversee warehouse operations, stock management, and compliance in a pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily planning tools, monitor stock levels, and manage material stock activities
- Identify and resolve operational issues by improving methods and processes
- Work with invoicing, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate information flow and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate clearance processes and ensure accurate documentation
- Prepare, track, file, and distribute paperwork related to clearance and stock levels
- Monitor and control warehouse operations for performance, productivity, and compliance
- Support warehouse and distribution activities collaboratively across divisions
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and key customers
- Coordinate with division heads to align warehouse operations with sales and purchasing
- Ensure compliance with federal, institutional, and partner regulations
- Plan and manage departmental activities within agreed budgets and timelines
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience
- Ministry of Health (MOH) certification/licensure
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse management
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of SFDA regulations

Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy

Your Profile
- Hold a Pharmaceutical degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Hold a MOH certification
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in warehouse management
- Strong awareness of governmental regulations and certifications
- Knowledgeable of SFDA regulations
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
