Job Purpose
The role coordinates import operations, customs clearance and regulatory compliance for timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
The position works with government authorities, customs brokers, logistics providers and warehouses to support compliant import processes.
Job Scope
- Coordinate import shipments and complete documentation, registrations, permits, invoices and pre-approvals.
- Coordinate imported-goods delivery and support SFDA registrations, SASO certifications and customs exemptions.
- Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Track shipments, monitor costs, process payments and complete system registrations.
- Obtain approvals, resolve clearance issues, prepare customs documentation and coordinate triangulation invoices.
