Role Description
Coordinate logistics activities and support the smooth, accurate, and timely movement of goods and materials.
Work with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transportation arrangements, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment activities.
- Monitor shipment progress and manage delays, exceptions, damages, and other logistics issues.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery records, and other logistics documentation.
- Track inventory movements and maintain accurate information across logistics and ERP systems.
- Support freight quotations, transportation cost analysis, invoice verification, and logistics cost-control activities.
- Ensure shipments comply with transportation, customs, import/export, safety, and company requirements.
- Analyze logistics performance, identify bottlenecks, and support efficiency and cost improvements.
- Prepare reports on shipment status, delivery performance, logistics costs, and operational issues.
- Maintain logistics records and improve logistics processes, procedures, and operational standards.
