Role Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Logistics Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and optimization of logistics operations.
- The role focuses on ensuring the efficient movement of goods, materials, and resources while maintaining accuracy, cost effectiveness, and high service standards throughout the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating transportation activities, monitoring shipment schedules, maintaining logistics records, supporting inventory management processes, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Analyzing logistics data, identifying process improvements, and assisting with the implementation of solutions that enhance operational performance.
- Preparing reports, tracking key performance indicators, resolving logistical issues, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely communication regarding shipment and inventory status.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating workflows, optimizing transportation processes, reducing operational inefficiencies, and supporting cost control efforts.
