Logistics Solutions Specialist II - Logistics Services

• BS or MS in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• 4+ years of industry-related logistics experience in managing clinical studies required .

• Knowledge of international supply chain processes, carriers, third party logistics companies, forwarders, couriers, and transportation performance measures required .

• Able to operate at a fast pace and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Exemplary multitasking and organizational skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude.
• Full fluency in English
• Must have strong math abilities
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software.
• Experience leading and mentoring others preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the occupant is regularly required to :

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged use of a computer and headphones for conference calls.
• Communicate effectively via phone, video, and email.
• Use hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
