Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
- Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Promote air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance services
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements to clients
- Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the customer base
- Ensure excellent customer service and long term client retention
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets
