Ajil runs tech-enabled last-mile delivery across Qatar for e-commerce, QSR, retail, and postal clients.

The Operations Specialist owns daily delivery-floor operations, including dispatch, rider performance, SLA delivery, and client escalations.

Plan daily dispatch through zone allocation, batching, rider assignment, and live route oversight on the Ajil platform.
Meet delivery SLAs for delivery time, first-attempt success, and failed-delivery recovery.
Manage rider rosters, shift coverage, attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance escalation.
Reconcile COD cash daily against system records and hand accurate figures to finance.
Handle client escalations and act as the operational contact for assigned accounts.
Track fleet readiness, including vehicle availability, maintenance, fuel, and documentation.
Produce daily and weekly operations reports covering volumes, SLA, cost per drop, and rider utilisation.
Feed recurring operational problems back to the technology team as concrete product fixes.

2–5 years in last-mile, courier, e-commerce fulfilment, or 3PL operations.
Qatar or GCC experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with dispatch or TMS platforms and live dashboards.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and daily reporting.
Proven ability to manage large rider or driver teams under pressure.
English is required; Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, or Malayalam is advantageous.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and peak periods.
