Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, transportation activities, delivery planning, and operational workflows.
Manage schedules, monitor logistics performance, coordinate stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and support continuous process improvements.
Work Arrangement
- Fully remote opportunity within the UAE.
- Part-time arrangement with flexible hours and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations, transportation activities, and distribution workflows.
- Plan delivery schedules, dispatch activities, routes, and operational priorities.
- Monitor shipments, deliveries, transportation status, and completion timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Manage shipment records, delivery information, operational trackers, reports, dashboards, and performance records.
- Monitor inventory movement, dispatch requirements, delays, exceptions, and unresolved issues.
- Identify operational risks and coordinate solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Support procurement, warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Establish and improve operational procedures, workflows, and documentation.
- Lead or coordinate logistics projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, distribution, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Good understanding of logistics operations, transportation coordination, and distribution processes.
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience coordinating logistics providers, suppliers, warehouses, or internal operational teams.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, logistics systems, databases, dashboards, and digital tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, operational issues, and deadlines.
- Leadership and team-coordination experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Previous remote or project-based logistics management experience is an advantage.
