We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated operations executive to join our growing logistics company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Prepare competitive freight pricing and quotations for clients and overseas agents.
2.
Coordinate shipment documentation, tracking, invoicing, and delivery schedules accurately.
3.
Develop and maintain a strong network within the global logistics and freight forwarding industry.
4.
Manage daily logistics and freight forwarding operations efficiently and independently.
5.
Handle import/export shipments including coordination with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs agents.
6.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with international agents and partners worldwide.
7.
Coordinate shipment documentation, tracking, invoicing, and delivery schedules accurately.
8.
Negotiate rates with carriers, transport providers, and overseas partners to maximize profitability.
9.
Ensure smooth execution of sea freight, air freight, and land transport operations.
10.
Resolve operational issues proactively and provide timely updates to clients and management.
11.
Develop and maintain a strong network within the global logistics and freight forwarding industry.
12.
Support business growth by identifying new opportunities through agent and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in logistics/freight forwarding operations
- Strong pricing and freight negotiation knowledge
- Existing connections with worldwide agents preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi
Salary
AED 3,000 per month
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
