We are seeking an experienced **Logistics Operations Executive** to manage and coordinate logistics operations with a strong focus on **Dubai Trade procedures, bonded cargo clearance, customs documentation, and freight coordination**.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UAE logistics operations and a thorough understanding of customs clearance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end logistics operations for import, export, and transit shipments.
- Manage **Dubai Trade** portal transactions and customs-related documentation.
- Coordinate **bonded cargo clearance** procedures and ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations.
- Process customs declarations, permits, and shipment documentation.
- Liaise with customs authorities, transport providers, shipping lines, airlines, and clients.
- Monitor shipment movements and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
- Resolve operational issues related to customs clearance and cargo movement.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and operational documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE trade regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in logistics operations within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of **Dubai Trade**, UAE Customs procedures, and bonded cargo clearance.
- Experience handling import/export documentation and freight operations.
- Familiarity with sea, air, and land freight processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
