Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time
Logistics & Operations Coordinator – European Markets
to join our Dubai team.
This on-site role focuses on managing logistics and supply chain operations for European markets, ensuring timely order processing, coordination with suppliers, and maintaining delivery schedules.
The Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, partners, and customers to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Western European Markets (based in Aachen, Germany) by:
- Managing daily warehouse operations and inventory in Belgian warehouses
- Preparing and maintaining accurate shipment documentation
- Applying Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) to shipments
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams
- Using MS Excel, MS Word, and warehouse management systems for reporting and inventory tracking
- Preparing and tracking Collection Reference lists for customers
- Preparing billing data
- Preparing documents for monthly VAT filings with Belgian tax authorities
- Assisting with monthly CBAM filings
Requirements
- 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Fluent in German (mandatory), with French and English proficiency
- Practical knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
Preferred
- Experience in international logistics
