About the Role
BAGASON MIDDLE EAST LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations in Dubai. The role requires expertise in import/export, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and UAE regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage import and export operations, including preparation and verification of shipping documents such as Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin
- Coordinate customs clearance activities with Dubai Customs, JAFZA Customs, and other UAE authorities to ensure timely cargo release
- Handle JAFZA and Mainland operations, including free zone transfers, re exports, transshipments, and customs duty procedures
- Plan and execute air, sea, and land freight shipments, including FCL, LCL, and air cargo movements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport companies, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient logistics operations
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and ensure on time delivery of goods
- Coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock movement, inspection, and labeling activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, including HS Code classification, VAT requirements, and documentation standards
- Negotiate freight rates with logistics providers and implement cost saving strategies
- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, customs documentation, and inventory tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export, or Freight Forwarding within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations, JAFZA operations, and UAE import/export procedures
- Hands on experience in customs clearance, shipment coordination, and freight forwarding operations
- Proficiency in Dubai Trade and CALOGI platforms
- Experience handling documentation such as BOE, BL, HS Codes, VAT compliance, and shipment types including FCL, LCL, air freight, and re export/transshipment cargo
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
