Job Summary

  • We are looking for specialized fleet coordinators with great attention to detail to manage a fleet of small vehicles and trucks at Masarat Aljood for Commercial Services.
  • The job holder is responsible for tracking vehicle usage, scheduling trips, preparing transport documents (Bayaan), ensuring compliance with Saudi transport regulations, and coordinating maintenance and fuel supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track daily trips for small vehicles and trucks, including start and end times.
  • Monitor the duration of each trip and ensure routing and compliance.
  • Follow up on traffic police reports (Bayaan) and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct periodic inspections for small vehicles and trucks.
  • Ensure timely renewal of operation cards for each truck annually.
  • Supervise fuel supply operations and record quantities for each vehicle.
  • Analyze fuel consumption rates to detect deviations.
  • Monitor odometer readings and schedules for engine oil and filters changes.
  • Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance plans regularly.
  • Maintain and update all documents related to each vehicle, including insurance, tickets, and driver licenses.
  • Ensure renewal of all relevant documents in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on speeding tickets and submit complaints when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or transportation management are an advantage.
  • Experience in fleet management or in a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations of Ministry of Transport and General Authority of Transport.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and GPS tracking systems.
  • Arabic fluent; English good level for technical communication.
  • Valid driving license.
