- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics activities, including managing inbound and outbound shipments
- Track deliveries and ensure timely distribution of products to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and organize warehouse operations
- Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records in line with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Optimize logistics processes and support compliance with regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Practical experience in Inventory Control
- Expertise in Warehouse Operations
- Solid Administration skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field
- Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or medical product logistics is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and ERP or inventory systems
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
- Effective communication in English; Arabic is a plus

Role Description
- The Logistics Officer role is a full time or part time, on site position based in Riyadh.
- The officer will coordinate and oversee daily logistics activities, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely distribution.

- Monitor inventory levels, organize warehouse operations, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
