The Role
Coordinate logistics activities, monitor shipments, maintain records, and support the movement of goods, materials, and operational information.
Manage multiple priorities, communicate with suppliers and partners, and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
- The position is part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and transportation activities.
- Monitor shipment schedules, delivery progress, and order status.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, inventory, and logistics documentation.
- Track requests, deadlines, and follow-up actions, and support shipment planning.
- Identify delays, discrepancies, and operational issues in logistics information.
- Maintain records in spreadsheets, databases, and business systems.
- Prepare logistics reports and recommend workflow improvements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, shipment processes, delivery operations, inventory, transportation, and basic supply chain principles.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, databases, and standard business applications.
- Ability to work independently with remote and international teams.
