Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics elements (spares, support equipment, training, facilities, technical data) to meet F 15 program needs
- Monitor organizational and contractor compliance with milestone and system performance criteria
- Plan, manage, and coordinate total cradle to grave life cycle logistics
- Oversee GFE/GFP plans and identify corrective actions
- Provide direct oversight to post production support plans
- Assist in producing or reviewing supply products including business case analyses and acquisition strategies
- Assess progress in assigned projects including cost estimates, schedules, and performance
- Support Parts and Repair Ordering Systems and U.S. Federal Logistics Data system
- Apply knowledge of GFP/GFE purchasing to determine cost and develop budgets
- Participate in integrated logistics support management team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ten (10) years practical logistics supply systems experience
- At least five (5) years in Aircraft related Logistics Supply Systems
- Prior USAF experience at officer or NCO level desired
- Military background and knowledge of Air Force Maintenance Logistics Supply Systems highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to work independently completing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in communication skills for HQ level reports
- Conduct systems analysis and trend analysis
- Management skills to plan and schedule resources

Job Overview
- Provide Contractor Engineering and Technical Support (CETS) and Overseas personnel to Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) at Dhahran, Tabuk, Taif, Riyadh and Khamis in KSA.
- Assess and address logistics and maintenance services to assist RSAF in repair and sustainment of F 15SA Fleet.
- Provide logistics and Aircraft Maintenance Technical Advisor support for F 15 fleet at logistics and maintenance facilities in KSA.
- Support in four areas: Logistics, Depot Supply, F 15SA Conversion and RSAF Headquarters (HQ) advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates logistics elements (spares, support equipment, training, facilities, technical data) to meet F 15 program needs.
- Monitors both organizational and contractor compliance relevant to milestone and system performance criteria.
- Responsible for planning, managing and the coordination of the total cradle to grave life cycle logistics.
- Integrates separate functions of supply, maintenance and quality assurance of logistics activities to meet program requirements.
- Contributes to long term supportability strategies aligned with PMO acquisition goals.
- Oversees GFE/GFP plans and identifies corrective actions to ensure effective logistics and support.
- Provides direct oversight to post production support plans and managing critical logistics assets.
- Assists in logistics support documentation and participates in related meetings, reviews, and process improvement activities.
- Utilizes extensive knowledge of USAF logistics processes, technical data management, and lifecycle support.
- Assist in producing or reviewing supply products for assigned location use.
- Assess progress in assigned projects including cost estimates, schedules, and performance supportable baseline requirements.
- Support the Parts and Repair Ordering Systems and the U.S. Federal Logistics Data system.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience needed to be expert in role.
- Ten (10) years practical logistics supply systems experience of which at least five (5) years will have been in Aircraft related Logistics Supply Systems.
- Prior USAF experience at the officer or non commissioned officer level is desired.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure the Aircraft Logistics Supply System provides current technology, immediate support, and sound automation practices.
- Military background and knowledge of Air Force Maintenance Logistics Supply Systems is highly desired.
- Experience at Major Air Command level or Air Logistics Center in the Logistics management of Supply systems is highly desired.
Special Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently completing multiple and often competing tasks.
- Proficiency in communication skills necessary to write HQ staff level reports prepare correspondence for command signature.
- Conduct systems analysis that lead to identification of trend analysis and recommend solutions.
- Management skills necessary to plan and schedule assigned resources to ensure the meeting of operational requirements.
