Logistics Manager

Based at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, you'll lead logistics operations year-round while shaping the delivery of major events, including the Australian Open. You'll be more than a Logistics Manager. You'll be a key operational leader influencing how stock, warehousing, distribution and event logistics are executed across one of Australia's highest-profile venues. Lead stores, logistics and loading dock operations across multiple venues

Drive end-to-end inventory, warehousing and distribution activities

Oversee logistics planning and delivery for major scalable events

Manage rostering, recruitment, onboarding and team development

Partner with Culinary, Retail and Event teams to ensure seamless event execution

Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety and operational performance

Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or major events

Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments

Strong inventory management and stock control expertise

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure

Passion for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence
