About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international logistics operations. You will oversee order fulfillment, negotiate freight rates, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage the complete order fulfillment cycle in coordination with the Procurement and Client Servicing teams
- Coordinate shipments through air, sea, and land freight with approved logistics partners and freight forwarders
- Negotiate freight rates and shipping terms to achieve cost effective logistics solutions
- Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and resolve logistics related issues or delays promptly
- Coordinate warehouse activities, inventory movement, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment reports, and inventory documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Monitor logistics costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, health and safety standards, and quality requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and support overall supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in logistics management and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping documentation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including suppliers, transport providers, and clients
