Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize transportation routes and costs.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Manage documentation and customs processes.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain communication with customers regarding delivery status.
- Continuously improve logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong Logistics Management skills including coordination of shipments, transportation planning, and documentation control.
- Solid Supply Chain Management capabilities such as demand planning support, process optimization, and collaboration.
- Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, manage warehousing, and ensure product availability.
- Procurement skills to support sourcing, negotiate with vendors, and align purchasing with logistics.
- Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries and resolve logistics issues.
- Relevant experience in international logistics or commodity trading.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with proficiency in logistics or ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multicultural environment with high attention to detail.
