We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding
- Strong background in Air Freight operations and pricing
- Mandatory experience in DAFZA operations and procedures
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies for company growth
- Strong knowledge of airline coordination, customs, cargo handling, and warehouse operations
- Experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop logistics and business growth strategies
- Manage daily air freight and logistics operations
- Build relationships with airlines, agents, and clients
- Improve profitability and operational performance
- Handle DAFZA-related processes and compliance
- Support sales growth and expand business opportunities
