Own end-to-end last-mile delivery performance across D2C and marketplace channels.

Ensure orders reach customers on time, in full, and at the right cost.

Operate as a hands-on, numbers-focused owner of the courier network and delivery experience.

Own delivery performance across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce channels using delivery success rate, on-time delivery percentage, and TAT.
Manage courier and 3PL partners through allocation, scorecards, SLA governance, reviews, and escalations.
Drive down RTO and NDR using root-cause analysis, address validation, customer confirmation, and corrective actions.
Control delivery cost through courier rate management, zone and weight optimization, discrepancy checks, and shipping invoice reconciliation.
Track shipments and resolve stuck, delayed, or lost consignments while keeping customer experience teams and customers informed.
Coordinate with warehouse, fulfillment, customer experience, and finance teams on dispatch, exceptions, and COD reconciliation.
Maintain delivery MIS and KPI dashboards, present performance to leadership, and flag risks early.
Manage delivery performance during sales and peak periods without allowing SLAs to slip.
