Logistics Operations
- Manage and oversee day-to-day logistics operations for company projects and business activities.
- Plan and coordinate movement, transportation, delivery, collection, and storage of materials, equipment, tools, and project supplies.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, technicians, warehouse teams, suppliers, contractors, and transport providers.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites according to schedules and requirements.
Delivery Planning and Tracking
- Plan delivery schedules based on site priorities, project timelines, and material requirements.
- Confirm material availability, dispatch schedules, delivery dates, and documentation with suppliers and vendors.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and project-related items.
- Monitor pending deliveries and address delays or discrepancies.
Transport and Documentation
- Coordinate vehicles, drivers, transportation providers, and loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure materials are delivered safely, on time, and to the correct project location.
- Coordinate urgent and last-minute material requirements with project and site teams.
- Maintain records of deliveries, dispatches, material movements, transportation, and logistics activities.
- Verify delivery notes, purchase orders, and related logistics records.
Cost and Efficiency
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve transportation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
